3. Quote and Certificate of Insurance (COI) Requests

• No Immediate Binding: Submitting a quote request or a COI request does not bind coverage, alter an existing policy, or guarantee that a quote or certificate will be issued. • Information Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote or COI. Falsifying information (such as driving history, business operations, or property details) may result in quote denial, policy cancellation, or denial of claims by the carrier.
• Final Premium and Underwriting: Any preliminary quotes provided by our agents in response to your online request are estimates. Final premiums and coverages are determined exclusively by the third-party insurance carrier during their official underwriting process.

4. User Conduct
